2.Data we process
- Identity and contact data: first name, last name, email, phone, city;
- Membership data: priority number, enrolment status, any invite code;
- Payment data: handled by authorised payment providers; the Company does not store full card details;

- Communications: hotline requests, emails, preferences.
3.Purposes and legal bases
- Provision of Club services and membership management — basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b);

Data may be processed, solely for the purposes above, by parties acting as data processors (IT and hosting providers, payment providers, email tools), appointed under art. 28 GDPR, and disclosed to authorities where required by law.
6.Transfers outside the EU
As the Company is based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR, through appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures) [to be formalised with counsel].
