Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy governs the right of withdrawal, refunds, cancellations, return requests, and disputes relating to the HUMANOVA Founding Membership and associated services.

This is a courtesy translation. The Italian version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1.Purpose of the policy

This Refund & Withdrawal Policy governs:

  • the right of withdrawal;
  • refunds;
  • cancellations;
  • return requests;
  • disputes relating to the HUMANOVA Founding Membership and associated services.
  • the Terms of Service;
  • the Founding Membership Terms;
  • the Auto-Renewal Policy.

3.Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If the user is a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within:

14 days from the date of purchase

without having to provide any reason.

4.Immediate activation of digital services

At the time of purchase the user may request the immediate activation of the digital services.

Such services may include:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the immediate activation of the services may affect the right of withdrawal.

  • access to the community;
  • access to reserved content;
  • webinars;
  • digital materials;
  • reports;
  • booked consultations.

5.Approved refunds

HUMANOVA may approve a refund in the following cases:

  • Payment error
  • Double charge
  • Verified unauthorized charge
  • Serious technical malfunction
  • Obligation provided for by applicable law

6.Cases in which a refund may be denied

Save as otherwise provided by law, HUMANOVA may deny a refund when:

  • the withdrawal period has expired;
  • the services have already been used substantially;
  • the member has already received included consultations;
  • the member has already accessed reserved premium content;
  • the request is abusive or fraudulent.

7.Cancellation of the Membership

The user may cancel the Membership at any time.

The cancellation:

  • stops future renewals;
  • does not automatically generate a refund;
  • maintains access until the natural expiry of the period already paid.

8.Membership credit

The Membership may include a credit usable in accordance with the conditions published by HUMANOVA.

Save as otherwise indicated:

  • the credit is not convertible into money;
  • it is not refundable;
  • it is not assignable;
  • it cannot be transferred to third parties.

9.Webinars, events and digital content

Access to:

constitutes the supply of digital content.

Once such content has been accessed, the refund may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • webinars;
  • recordings;
  • documentation;
  • reports;
  • premium content;

10.Consultations

Where a consultation has already taken place, HUMANOVA may consider the service as partially or fully rendered.

In such cases any refund requests will be assessed taking into account the value already received by the member.

11.Chargebacks and disputes

Before initiating a bank dispute or a chargeback, the member is invited to contact HUMANOVA.

HUMANOVA undertakes to seek an amicable and reasonable solution.

In the event of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, HUMANOVA reserves the right to:

  • suspend the account;
  • terminate the Membership;
  • formally dispute the request.

12.Processing times

Refund requests are normally assessed within:

30 business days

from receipt of the necessary documentation.

Where the refund is approved, the crediting times will depend on the payment method used.

13.Refund method

Approved refunds will be carried out, where possible, using the same payment method originally employed.

14.Fraudulent requests

HUMANOVA reserves the right to reject fraudulent, abusive or manifestly unfounded requests.

15.Exceptions provided by law

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

Where a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory law, the applicable law shall prevail.

For this reason refund requests will always be assessed with criteria of fairness, transparency and good faith, seeking reasonable solutions both for the member and for the sustainability of the Club.

HUMANOVA is a brand operated by TIMAGI CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT LLC — Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

HUMANOVA is an independent services company: the annual subscription is the consideration for the services described, not the purchase or binding reservation of a robot. No availability date, brand or absolute price is guaranteed. The included services are those described, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The economic examples on the page are illustrative and do not constitute a price forecast.

Right of withdrawal within 14 days of sign-up (Consumer Code). Annual renewal only with express consent; cancel in one click from the client area.

The credit from the first subscription can be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, with the validity and exclusions set out therein. Personal data processed in accordance with the GDPR. Client data is never shared with manufacturers or third parties.

Instalment payment solutions and financing are provided exclusively by authorised third-party credit institutions, subject to their approval and creditworthiness assessment. HUMANOVA acts as an affiliated supplier and does not grant credit.
