HUMANOVA exists to represent and protect those who choose to live with robots.
2.Who may participate
The following may participate:
- members of the free Community;
- members of the Founding Membership;
- authorised guests;
- partners approved by HUMANOVA.
Access to the Community is a privilege and not an acquired right.
3.Fundamental principles
Every participant must contribute to creating an environment that is:
- respectful;
- professional;
- constructive;
- collaborative;
- safe.
The Community must increase value for all members.
4.Permitted behaviour
The following are encouraged:
- Sharing of experiences
- Technical questions
- Comparisons between robots
- Discussions on safety
- Sharing of best practices
- Reporting of real issues
- Collaboration between members
- Educational contributions
5.Prohibited behaviour
The following is prohibited:
- Insults
- Threats
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Hate speech
- Bullying
- Defamation
- Publication of false information
- Spam
- Flooding
- Manipulation of the Community
- Aggressive or toxic behaviour
6.Commercial promotion
It is not permitted to use the Community to:
- sell products;
- promote services;
- collect leads;
- advertise;
- carry out marketing activities;
without the written authorisation of HUMANOVA.
7.Manufacturers and resellers
Manufacturers, distributors and resellers may participate exclusively if authorised.
The following is prohibited:
- pretending to be independent users;
- publishing manipulated reviews;
- promoting products without declaring one's commercial interest.
Transparency is mandatory.
8.Conflicts of interest
Every member must declare any relevant economic interests when participating in discussions concerning:
- robots;
- software;
- services;
- companies;
- manufacturers.
9.Technical content
The information shared in the Community:
- does not constitute professional advice;
- does not replace independent verification;
- may contain unintentional errors.
Each member remains responsible for their own decisions.
10.Privacy
It is prohibited to publish:
- personal data of third parties;
- confidential documents;
- credentials;
- sensitive data;
- information protected by confidentiality obligations.
11.Cybersecurity
The following are strictly prohibited:
- malware;
- phishing;
- exploits;
- offensive tools;
- instructions for illegal activities;
- harmful software.
Any violation results in immediate expulsion.
12.Intellectual property
Members must publish exclusively content that is:
- their own;
- authorised;
- legally usable.
Responsibility remains with the author.
13.Community confidentiality
Discussions within HUMANOVA private groups must not be shared publicly without authorisation.
Members are invited to respect mutual confidentiality.
14.Use of artificial intelligence
The use of AI tools is permitted.
However:
- artificially generated content must be verified;
- it must not be presented as established fact without checking;
- it must not be used to manipulate the Community.
15.Moderation
HUMANOVA may:
- modify;
- obscure;
- restrict;
- remove
content it deems incompatible with these rules.
16.Sanctions system
Violations may result in:
Level 1 — Informal reminder.
Level 2 — Formal warning.
Level 3 — Temporary suspension.
Level 4 — Permanent expulsion.
HUMANOVA may skip directly to higher levels in the most serious cases.
17.Immediate expulsion
The following normally result in immediate expulsion:
- fraud;
- scams;
- mass spam;
- harassment;
- threats;
- publication of malware;
- impersonation;
- unauthorised collection of personal data.
18.Founding members
Members of the Founding Membership are required to maintain a particularly high standard of behaviour.
They represent the initial core of the HUMANOVA Community and contribute to its reputation.
19.Events and webinars
During events, webinars and live sessions the same Community rules apply.
The following is prohibited:
- deliberately interrupting events;
- disturbing the speakers;
- using events for unauthorised promotion.
20.Changes to the rules
HUMANOVA may update these rules over time.
New versions will be published on the official channels.
21.Limitation of liability
The Community is a space for discussion among members.
HUMANOVA does not guarantee:
- absolute accuracy of the content published by users;
- completeness of the information shared;
- results arising from the decisions made by members.
22.Final principle
The HUMANOVA Community exists to create trust, knowledge and mutual protection.
Every member should ask themselves:
Does this contribution truly help someone make better decisions in the world of robotics?
If the answer is yes, you are probably contributing in the right way.
