- Membership;
- the Telegram Community;

- digital platforms;
- HUMANOVA AI systems;
- Ms. NOVA Executive Office;
- future HUMANOVA applications and services.
3.General principle
Every use of HUMANOVA's services must be:
- lawful;
- fair;
- respectful;
- transparent;
- compatible with the Club's mission.
Uses that may: harm other members; compromise security; violate the law; damage HUMANOVA's reputation are prohibited.
4.Permitted uses
It is permitted to use HUMANOVA to:
- Learn about robotics
- Take part in the Community
- Request advice
- Take part in webinars and events
- Access authorised content
- Exchange views with other members
- Evaluate robots and technological solutions
- Receive informational support
5.Illegal activities
It is strictly prohibited to use HUMANOVA for:
- criminal activities;
- money laundering;
- fraud;
- scams;
- tax evasion;
- violation of international sanctions;
- terrorist activities;
- intellectual property infringements.
6.IT abuses
It is prohibited to:
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Carry out offensive scans
- Test vulnerabilities without authorisation
- Interfere with HUMANOVA systems
- Circumvent security controls
- Use unauthorised bots
- Compromise third-party accounts
7.Malware and harmful software
It is prohibited to upload, distribute or share:
- malware;
- ransomware;
- spyware;
- trojans;
- viruses;
- exploits;
- malicious payloads.
A breach normally entails immediate expulsion.
8.Community abuse
The following are not permitted:
- spam;
- flooding;
- aggressive propaganda;
- trolling;
- harassment;
- mass collection of contacts;
- unauthorised commercial promotion.
9.Data collection
It is prohibited to:
- extract data of other members;
- carry out unauthorised scraping;
- build parallel databases;
- collect personal information without consent.
10.Use of artificial intelligence
HUMANOVA AI systems may be used exclusively for lawful purposes consistent with the Club's mission.
It is prohibited to use them to:
- generate fraud;
- spread disinformation;
- impersonate real people;
- create illegal content;
- manipulate other users.
11.Use of Ms. NOVA
Users may not use Ms. NOVA to:
- obtain illegal advice;
- circumvent regulatory obligations;
- carry out offensive cybersecurity activities;
- collect personal data of third parties;
- infringe intellectual property rights.
Ms. NOVA's responses constitute informational support and not binding professional advice.
12.User-generated content
The user is responsible for all content published.
It is prohibited to publish:
- illegal content;
- defamatory material;
- intentionally false information;
- offensive material;
- copyright-protected material without authorisation.
13.Intellectual property
The following are not permitted:
- copying premium content in full;
- redistributing confidential materials;
- reselling HUMANOVA content;
- publishing exclusive reports without authorisation.
14.Use of the Membership
The Membership is personal.
Save for written authorisation, it is prohibited to:
- share accounts;
- share access credentials;
- resell access credentials;
- grant use to third parties.
15.Automation and bots
It is prohibited to use:
- automated scripts;
- crawlers;
- bots;
- scraping systems;
to access HUMANOVA's services without written authorisation.
16.Use of the HUMANOVA trademark
The following are not permitted:
- impersonating HUMANOVA;
- using the trademark for deceptive activities;
- creating communications that appear official without authorisation.
17.Account security
Each user is responsible for protecting their own credentials.
The user must:
- keep the password confidential;
- report suspicious access;
- use secure credentials.
18.Monitoring and control
Within the limits permitted by law, HUMANOVA may:
- monitor anomalous uses;
- analyse security logs;
- investigate breaches;
- adopt preventive measures.
Such activities are carried out to protect members and infrastructure.
19.Sanctions
Breaches may entail:
- Warning
- Limitation of functionalities
- Temporary suspension
- Revocation of the Membership
- Permanent expulsion
- Legal action

20.Reporting of breaches
Members may report suspicious activity or breaches to:

21.Reservation of intervention
HUMANOVA reserves the right to intervene at any time to protect:
- the members;

22.Final principle
HUMANOVA is an independent Club created to represent and protect those who will live and work with robots.
Any use of HUMANOVA's services must be consistent with this principle.
