1.Introduction
These Founding Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") govern enrollment in the HUMANOVA Founding Membership offered by:
TIMAGI CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT L.L.C. — License No. 1083112 — Register No. 2396399 — Fahidi Heights Building, Al Hamriya, Office No. 1503-07 — Dubai, United Arab Emirates — Email: hello@humanova-robotics.com.
Operating under the HUMANOVA brand.
Enrollment implies full acceptance of these terms.
2.Nature of the Membership
The Founding Membership does not constitute:
- a corporate ownership interest;
- a shareholding;
- a financial investment;
- an insurance product;
- a commercial guarantee.
The Membership represents exclusively access to services, content, benefits, and activities reserved for HUMANOVA members. In line with the HUMANOVA mission, the program is intended to support and protect people interested in adopting robotics.
3.Membership fee
Annual fee: €149.00 EUR.
VAT included where applicable.
The fee is charged via Stripe or other authorized systems.
4.Duration
The Membership has a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase.
5.Automatic renewal
The Membership renews automatically every 12 months.
Renewal occurs using the registered payment method.
The member may deactivate renewal at any time from their personal area or by contacting HUMANOVA.
Deactivation will prevent future renewals but will not entail a refund of the period already paid.
6.Right of withdrawal
For consumers resident in the European Economic Area, the right of withdrawal provided by applicable law applies.
The member has 14 days from subscription to exercise the right of withdrawal.
If the member expressly requests the immediate activation of digital services, the right of withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
7.Services included in the current version
As of the date of publication of these terms, the Founding Membership includes exclusively the services that are actually operational.
These may include:
- Pre-purchase consulting — Up to two individual sessions per Membership year.
- Private community — Access to reserved groups and spaces.
- Reserved knowledge — Reports, insights, webinars, and premium content.
- Selected updates — Communications curated by the HUMANOVA team.
- Priority access — Priority in accessing the available HUMANOVA services.
- Founding Member status — Recognition of the role of early supporter of the project.
8.Membership credit
Each Membership includes a nominal credit equal to €149, usable according to the conditions published by HUMANOVA.
Unless otherwise officially communicated:
The terms of use may be updated over time.
- the credit is not convertible into cash;
- it is not transferable;
- it is not assignable;
- it does not generate interest;
- it does not constitute a deposit or financial instrument.
9.Future services
HUMANOVA may develop further services in the future.
By way of example:
Such future services do not constitute contractual obligations until their actual publication and activation.
This clause is important because the strategic documentation still contains elements of vision and roadmap that must not be interpreted as guaranteed services.
- exclusive events;
- training programs;
- commercial partnerships;
- integration services;
- early-access programs;
- economic agreements with manufacturers.
10.No discount guarantee
HUMANOVA does not guarantee:
Any future economic benefits will depend on commercial agreements actually concluded.
- minimum discounts;
- maximum discounts;
- availability of offers;
- priority access to specific products;
- availability of robots.
11.No purchase guarantee
HUMANOVA does not guarantee that the member will:
Purchase decisions remain the sole responsibility of the member.
- purchase a robot;
- save money;
- obtain an economic benefit;
- achieve specific results.
12.Advice
The information provided by HUMANOVA:
- is of an informational nature;
- does not constitute financial advice;
- does not constitute legal advice;
- does not constitute technical certification;
- does not replace independent verification.
13.Community
Members must maintain respectful conduct.
HUMANOVA may suspend or revoke access to the Community in the event of:
- harassment;
- spam;
- abusive behavior;
- illegal activities;
- violations of the Community Rules.
14.Suspension or revocation
HUMANOVA may suspend or terminate the Membership in the event of:
- violation of these terms;
- fraudulent use of the platform;
- illegal activities;
- harm to the Community.
15.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HUMANOVA shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages;
- loss of profits;
- loss of data;
- loss of opportunities;
- the member's purchase decisions;
- problems caused by third-party products.
16.Changes to the Membership
HUMANOVA may update:
Material changes will be communicated to members.
- services;
- benefits;
- features;
- the structure of the Membership.
17.Termination of the program
HUMANOVA reserves the right to discontinue the Membership program.
In such a case, reasonable measures will be applied to protect active members in accordance with applicable law.
18.Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the HUMANOVA Privacy Policy and by applicable law, including the GDPR and equivalent regulations where applicable.
19.Governing law
The governing law, the competent court, and any arbitration will be set out in the final version of the document, after deciding on the primary jurisdiction, EU consumer protection, any arbitration, and the competent court.
