Auto-Renewal Policy

1.Introduction

This Auto-Renewal Policy governs the automatic renewal of the HUMANOVA Founding Membership.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure maximum transparency toward HUMANOVA members regarding:

This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and the Founding Membership Terms.

• duration of the subscription;
• renewals;
• charges;
• cancellation;
• deactivation of renewal.

Operating under the HUMANOVA brand.

3.Duration of the Membership

The HUMANOVA Founding Membership has an annual duration.

Each Membership period lasts:

12 consecutive months

starting from the date of purchase.

4.Automatic renewal

Upon expiry of the annual period, the Membership renews automatically for a further period of 12 months.

The renewal is carried out using the payment method associated with the member's account.

5.Renewal amount

Unless otherwise communicated in advance:

Renewal amount:

€149.00 EUR

for each annual period.

Should HUMANOVA modify the price of the Membership:

• the member will be informed in advance;
• the new price will not apply retroactively;
• the member may cancel the renewal before the charge.

6.Renewal authorization

Upon enrollment the member expressly authorizes HUMANOVA to carry out the recurring charges necessary for the renewal of the Membership.

The authorization remains valid until the automatic renewal is deactivated.

7.Pre-renewal notice

HUMANOVA undertakes to send an advance communication before the renewal.

The communication may be sent:

The notice will contain:

• via email;
• through the user account;
• through other official channels.
• expected date of the renewal;
• expected amount;
• instructions for cancellation.

8.Deactivation of renewal

The member may deactivate the automatic renewal at any time.

The deactivation:

• prevents future charges;
• does not immediately interrupt the Membership already paid;
• maintains access until the natural expiry.

9.Cancellation of the Membership

The cancellation may be carried out:

Cancellation does not automatically entail a refund of the sums already paid.

• from the personal area;
• by contacting HUMANOVA;
• using the tools made available by the payment platform.

10.Failed payments

Should the renewal be unable to be processed:

HUMANOVA may make further charge attempts.

In the absence of a successful payment the Membership may be suspended or terminated.

• expired card;
• insufficient funds;
• bank block;
• technical error;

11.Chargebacks and disputes

Before opening a bank dispute the member is invited to contact HUMANOVA.

In the event of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks HUMANOVA reserves the right to:

• suspend the account;
• interrupt the Membership;
• formally contest the chargeback.

12.Changes to the program

HUMANOVA may modify:

Such changes do not affect the rights already accrued by the member in the period already paid.

• structure of the Membership;
• services;
• features;
• benefits.

13.Price changes

Any price variations will be communicated before the next renewal.

The member may decide whether to:

• maintain the Membership;
• cancel the renewal.

14.Termination of the program

HUMANOVA may decide to permanently discontinue the Membership program.

In such circumstances reasonable measures will be adopted to protect active members.
